SKT BRAND STORY
Our story started with an experience we had. One day, while shopping at the market, we noticed that many products were approaching their expiration date and most of these products were wasted. This situation was both damaging to people's budgets and harmful to the environment. We decided to solve this problem and take decisive action.
We wanted to leave commercial priorities behind and
implement the idea of establishing a social responsibility-oriented brand. We
positioned our brand as "SKT, Your Profitable Choice" and determined
its purpose as selling products with close expiration dates at affordable
prices. However, this was not just a discount business, it was also about
adopting an environmentally friendly approach and aiming to raise awareness
among consumers about consuming and recycling these products without being
wasted.
We started to cooperate with markets and manufacturers to
supply products with an expiration date of one year or less. We started
purchasing these products at affordable prices and offering them to the end
consumer at a lower price. Additionally, we reduced packaging waste by using
environmentally friendly packaging materials.
SKT aims to not only offer economically accessible products
but also contribute to society. In the first place, it donates a percentage of
each sale to charities on behalf of its consumers. It also supports the fight
to reduce waste by collaborating with non-governmental organizations.
As SKT, our dream is; It can be a source of inspiration for
entrepreneurs who aim to benefit individuals and society and help create
positive changes in sustainability and social responsibility.
Product Supply
All products are supplied from pharmacies or manufacturers. The starting point of the project is to deliver products that are in excess in pharmacies to consumers safely before their expiration date.
